Eight F-16 Fighting Falcons from South Carolina ANG's 169th Fighter Wing deployed to Lask Air Base, Poland, in June in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve. During their stay in Europe the aircraft have been flown in exercises such as Ramstein Guard, Saber Strike 15 and Baltic Operations (BALTOPS) 15. Four of the jets routed home via Lajes Field in the Azores on June 22 with the second four following four days later. Eight A-10C Thunderbolt Ms belonging to the 175th Wing of the Maryland ANG deployed to Estonia for Saber Strike 15. The aircraft operated from Amari Air Base, flying twice a day throughout the exercise. They left Estonia on June 20, routing home via Keflavik, Iceland.
