Atomic B-52 Restored in Albuquerque

The restoration of Boeing B-52B Stratofortress 52-0013 has recently been completed by the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The bomber was used for the 1956 atomic trials in the Pacific during Operation Redwing, and Operation Dominic in 1962, and is the only extant B-52 that has dropped an atomic bomb.
