Delta Steps in to Meet Demand for Cargo Services

Delta Air Lines launched cargo-only flights between the US, Europe and India on November 1 to help meet customer demands. These include: a New York/ JFK to Madrid 767-400 rotation mainly shipping fashion goods to the US ahead of the holiday season; a three-times weekly JFK-Dublin A330-300 service and flights from JFK and Atlanta to Mumbai, via Frankfurt, using A330-200/300s. These aircraft are used to carry essential Pharmaceuticals, vaccines, medical supplies and general cargo.
