KING FAHAD MEDICAL CITY (KFMC) recently inaugurated one of the most comprehensive security projects in the Gulf region's healthcare sector, applying state of the art and international standard security technology. KFMC required a security system oversee a campus of 500,000 sq m that employs over 8000 staff, and receives up to 50,000 guests and patients daily. The central Security Operation Centre (SOC) was designed to give the Security Team a networked monitoring system to oversee all movement inside and outside the campus. Systems from over fifteen top of the line brands were integrated to monitor over two million vehicles and eighteen million people throughout the year.
