How effective is a buying framework?

This issue (and others) was explored at a lively roundtable event held earlier this year at Sheffield Hal-lam University. The roundtable brought together more than 30 manufacturers and representatives from HE institutions, and was convened by Mark Hay-ter, category and shared service manager of NEUPC (North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium), one of six HE purchasing consortia.
