"One or the ways in which we're able to run a large AV estate with such a small team is by offering our customers a standardised experience. We work very closely with construction teams, architects and designers so that when they join the process of helping us create a new facility, they have assets which talk to them in their language, and tell them exactly what they need to be able to do to deliver on time.
