Making the transition to the next generation workplace is not an instantaneous, single step. It's a fluid process driven by sound business and technology planning. But to help us make this next step effectively we need to attract a new generation of talent into the industry. The AV market has a very small pond in which to fish for new employees and hence we have the merry-go-round of people moving within the industry. This is no different from other industries but we must ensure the steady flow of people coming into the industry in the first place and that means education - letting people know that the AV industry is a great place to have a career, and in apprenticeships and training.
