Shanghai, China - A report issued by Ernst & Young has concluded that concerns over excess capacity in China are being exaggerated. The study, titled China's automotive sector - at a crossroads, argues that fears over excess automotive capacity in China are "overblown" mainly because there is a wrong assumption that all planned capacity will be built.
