Getting the parts to the line in time is a serious undertaking for any OEM, more so now that more components are coming from Central Europe. For Valmet, the firm that builds the Boxster and Cayman for Porsche at its Uusikaupunki plant in Finland, longer supply chains is perhaps an even greater challenge.
