Q: What are the most important elements of your job? A: It's a wide range of different things. Process - how we develop cars - and process discipline, which we utilise to avoid error states and get more efficient in terms of our learning. Also the way we engineer and execute designs from an engineering perspective, a manufacturing perspective and a supply perspective, and we are certainly recognising some shortfalls. When I look around, there are few cars where I would say very, very impressive execution, and I'd like to be there as well.
