Generally this comment page discusses issues and topics that are brought up within the features in the magazine, but this month I wanted to discuss something from outside those confines. It's been said many times before by so many people in the industry, but it is worth repeating: whether there is one fatality or thousands on our roads, someone losing their life because of an accident is unacceptable.
