Since April 2013, RDA has been the preferred cataloguing standard for libraries all over the world, succeeding the previous standard, AACR2. In RDA: strategies for implementation Ohio State University Library's head cataloguer, Magda El-Sherbini presents an introduction to the theory and practice of bibliographic description in RDA, geared specifically towards cataloguers who are in the process of adjusting to the new code.
