Janice Luck: IP teacher, scholar and law reformer

It is a great pleasure and privilege to provide this brief overview of the professional achievements of my colleague, Janice Luck, on the occasion of her formal retirement from the staff of the Melbourne Law School. I say "formal", because she will continue to have a role in our graduate IP program as well as working on a number of trade mark projects close to her heart.
