Stacey Kymes has been named president and CEO of Tulsa, Oklahoma-based BOK Financial Corporation, effective April 1, 2022. when Steven Bradshaw retires. A 25-year veteran of BOK, Kymes was also appointed to the company's board of directors. Bank of America Vice Chairman Anne Finucane will retire at the end of the year, the bank announced in August. Finucane positioned Bank of America as a leader in environmental and ESG efforts. Thomas Montag, Bank of America's COO and president of global banking and markets, will also retire at the end of 2021.
