Kentucky-based Republic Bank and Trust Company announced the addition of Jeff Starke as EVP and CIO. Starke joins Republic from Bank OZK in Little Rock, Arkansas. His experience encompasses managing technology resources, communications, data center operations, banking systems, project management, IT risk and technology support.Brian King is rejoining Goldman Sachs as its consumer chief risk officer and head of business operations. King led risk oversight for Goldman's consumer bank division from 2018 to 2020, when he left to become the chief risk officer for Wells Fargo's consumer and small business banking division.
