ASCEL wins court case, while Indian and French space sectors get closer

In a major development for the Indian space industry, Boeing Satellite Systems (BBS), has been ordered by the London Court of International Arbitration to pay US$38 million, plus up to $20 million in interest and court expenditure, to the Mumbai-based ASC Enterprise Ltd (ASCEL) following the cancellation of a satellite contract.
