Renesas Technology Corp. reorganized in July its operations in China by combining the sales and technical support subsidiaries. The move aims to establish a unified operation, as the company accelerates further its presence in the Chinese market. Under the reorganization, the sales subsidiary in Shanghai, the Renesas Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and the technical support subsidiary in Beijing, the Renesas System Solutions (Beijing) Co., Ltd., are combined. At the same time, the sales subsidiary in Hong Kong, the Renesas System Solutions Hong Kong Ltd., is consolidated.
