3G-SDI Plug-in Unit Broadens Versatility of Leader Electronics' Multi-Monitor

Leader Electronics Corp. has developed a 3G-SDI or Serial Digital Interface plug-in unit with model number, LV 58SER06, suitable for 1080p/60 TV program production.rnThe 3G-SDI is a serial digital interface consisting of a 3Gbps serial link used for the broadcasting system. It can send uncompressed 1080p high-defini-rntion video data at a maximum rate of 60fps.rnBy installing the LV 58SER06 into the main frame of the LV 5800 multi-monitor, the video signal, vector pattern, picture and error detection results of 3G-SDI can be displayed. When combined with other plug-in units, the embedded audio signal can be displayed in lissajous and level meter formats.
