Nippon Chemi-Con Set to Mass Produce Transparent Electrodes

Nippon Chemi-Con Corporation will start mass-production of transparent electrodes in FY2015. The company developed the transparent electrode by taking advantage of an original conductive polymer technology that the company has accumulated through the development of conductive polymer aluminum solid electrolytic capacitors. It expects the new electrodes to be employed for applications ranging from organic solar cells to displays, such as organic electroluminescence (EL) panels and touch panels.
