Recently, the cleaning requirements of FOUP and load port have extended to cleaning the air by means of the nitrogen purge in addition to the eradication of particles. TDK intends to contribute to the industry by researching and developing an optimal localized cleaning system technology in the semiconductor manufacturing process through the coming years.
