Amorphous Semiconductor Opens Path for Flexible Transparent Electronic Circuits

摘要

The research group of Tokyo Institute of Technology and Materials Research Center for Element Strategy has devised a design guideline for producing a transparent p-type amorphous semiconductor, which can be synthesized from a liquid phase and has high mobility. Synthesis from a liquid phase was previously impossible. This guideline was successfully applied to copper-tin-iodine (Cu-Sn-I) semiconductors for the first time.
