The article discusses several library-related events in Arkansas in fall 2012. The National Hispanic Heritage Month starts on September 15 and ends on October 15 during which Hispanic authors, illustrators and cultural traditions are showcased in the library. The theme for the Banned Books Week for the year is freedom to read. It adds that teenagers in the state can start voting for their favorite books on Arkansas Teen Book Award list by October.
