摘要

The requirement for Hepatitis B Immu- nologobulin(IgHB)for passive immuniza- tion persist despite the availability of safe vaccines. There is therefore a need for immune plasma for gammaglobulin in- dustrial production. In this work we have screened blood donors to identify suit- able Hepatitis B immune plasma donors. We have examined the results of this Study and we concluded that the pro- Gramme was found to be inefficient, cost- Ly and labor consuming. A suitably de- Signed/programme of active immuniza- Tion in the army and the health care Workers should provide a more effective Means of obtaining plasma with high Levels of HBsAb.
