血浆同型半胱氨酸、血糖及血脂在脑卒中高危人群筛查中的意义

摘要

Objective To study the significance of plasma homocysteine, Glucose and lipid in the screening risk populations of stroke. Methods Plasma homocysteine, Glucose and lipid levels were detected in 1728 patients with high risk population of stroke and 112 healthy subjects, and comparatively analyze. Results The plasma Hcy, Glu, TC, TG and LDL-C in high risk populations of stroke were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistical y significant, abnormal rate of Hcy, Glu, TC,TG and LDL-C were 82.1%, 30.7%,47.8%,33.1%,24.7%,respectively. Conclusions The plasma Hcy, Glu, TC, TG and LDL-C levels in high-risk populations of stroke were increased.These indexes have important significance in screening high risk population of stroke.%目的：探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血糖（Glu）及血脂在脑卒中高危人群筛查中的意义。方法检测1728例脑卒中高危人群和112例健康体检者血浆Hcy、 Glu和血脂水平，并进行比较分析。结果脑卒中高危人群组血浆Hcy、Glu、TC、TG、LDL-C明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，脑卒中高危人群组血浆Hcy、Glu、TC、TG、LDL-C的异常率分别为82.1%、30.7%、47.8%、33.1%和24.7%。结论脑卒中高危人群血浆Hcy、Glu、TC、TG、LDL-C水平均增高，这些指标对脑卒中高危人群的筛查具有重要意义。
