Purpose To compare the treatment outcomes of single-bundle and anatomical double-bundle anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructions, we used the patient-based health-related QOL questionnaire SF-36 to evaluate patients with ACL injury who underwent surgical reconstruction using the two techniques.
