Retracted article : Modeling for fractional ultra-laser two-step thermoelasticity with thermal relaxation

This article has been retracted at the request of the authors, as a part of it contains a duplication from the paper titled "Ultrafast laser induced thermoelastic behavior in metal film" authored by Y. Sun, M. Saka, J. Ki, and J. Yung published in the International Journal of Mechanical Sciences 52 (2010) 1202-1207 without proper attribution to the above-mentioned work. The authors would like to apologize to the Editor and readers as well as to the authors of the original article.
