A 3-story construction. A mixed technique using concrete and round wooden posts made from Eucalyptus wood. The form used to cast the second floor's concrete was made with dark palm tree wood. The structure of the roof and the majority of the principal columns were made with eucalyptus wood. In the main house, bamboo was not used, instead bamboo was used in the pool kiosk. The pool kiosk, independent from the house, uses concrete, petroleum, pipes, and bamboo Guadua with rhizomes. The roof of the main house uses traditional clay tiles, and the roof of the pool kiosk is a living grass roof that needs a lot of water, but in this site, water is very abundant.
