Congratulations on the heritage edition [AB May/June 2009] however I would like to point out a significant omission from the credits for the revitalisation of the MLC Building at North Sydney in the article titled Maintaining the fabric of significant postwar buildings.rnBates Smart Sydney was involved in the practical documentation and quality inspections of the restoration and refurbishment of the facade to this significant building. This work also included the refurbishment and modernisation of the ground-level arcade and base building internal finishes. In fact, I was the project architect, with associate Stefanie Flaubert and director Jim Milledge. We worked within Peter McKenzie's, Jackson Teece Chesterman and Willis, guidelines / CMP.
