The 2009 nsw chapter architecture awards jury's task was even harder than usual, with a record number of 200 entries to be considered for short-listing. The presentation days pro vided a great opportunity for the rest of us to see the range and quality of work produced by Institute members. The Hilton Sydney was a particularly appropriate venue for the presentation ceremony, as the building was the recipient of awards in the Civic Design and Commercial Architecture categories of the 2006 NSW Chapter Architecture Awards, as well as the 2006 Australian Institute of Architects National Award for Commercial Buildings.
