This hard cover text has only recently been published and as such is up to date with its information in this specialised area of concrete technology. The writer became aware of this text by George Somerville in 2009 and has found the book to be a valuable addition to his other books on concrete repair and protection. It has been written in the UK and thus all the units are metric. While there are many good text books from the US on this subject unfortunately most are in the non metric 'pound-inch' units.
