摘要

This training facility sets reliable handover of building quality process to next generation as basic policy with concept of experience-oriented training as "See, touch and learn". It was designed to create semi-outdoor environment close to site office condition as "place to hand over of manufacturing spirit" to learn with five senses being sharpened, utilizing interior and exterior material and structure unchanged and cutting down design as whole. Under large roof with sky light, flexible space is set without column that can support various training and activities outdoors and indoors together, and attention was paid to change of display and extension in future too. Also natural ventilation and day-lighting are introduced as building to minimize environmental load and energy consumption by utilizing passive environmental technology at a maximum. Training space is design to induce communication with nature and human and to work on five senses through exercise and experience with an aim to establish training envtronment that connects human and nature, while maintaining rich greenery environment on the premise and collaborating with existing training facilities.
