江戸橋倉庫ビルの保存再生(日本橋ダイヤビルディング）

摘要

This project is about preservation and revitalization of the Edobashi Soko Building, which was built in 1930 and selected as one of Tokyo-Mctropolitan-Sclcctcd Historical Buildings. In order to inherit the landscape, each 2 span of east and west was preserved (about 40% of the structure), and the tower section was inserted in the center. For the podium, the former function of the trunk space and the headquarter have been maintained, and the function of leasing has been expanded by adding advanced features for the tower. The aim was to harmonize the new tower section with the preserved portion of the building sophisticatedly as an integrated design. In the west side, the tower section is significantly set back in order to keep the bridge-like penthouse, which is one of the historical design features of the building. And in the east side, the curved surface of the tower unit inherits the former landscape of river-side, that was buried for the construction of the Metropolitan Expressway."The urban landscape with an entity" has been inherited by continuing to use the large internal space as a headquarter with the latest features, that was once a warehouse at the time of establishment.%三菱倉庫江戸檎倉庫ビルは，1930年に建設された国内最初期の都市せ型 倉庫であり，2007年に東京都選定歴史的建造物に指定されている。日本 橋川および（現在は首都高速道路となっている）楓川から直接建物内へ 荷揚げが行われていたことを示すバルコニーや開口部をもつおおらかな 曲面の外観をしており，80年間にわたり江戸橋の景観を形成してきた。 この都市景観の継承をテーマに.外装の70%と躯体の40%を遺し.地下 1階，地上18階建の「日本檎ダイヤビルディング」として再生した。低 層部はトランクルームと本店機能.高層部は先端機能を持つテナントォ フィスとして機能を拡充した。
