This elderly care facility was built on a 50m long site divided into thirds-an open area on the east, a one-level area on the west, and a four-level area in the middle. The structure combines functional benefits with the best of spatial environmental features. An adult daycare center is located on the first floor, a group home on the second floor, and a serviced housing for the elderly on the third & fourth floors, which operate and manage a care and mutual aid system in which the care labor force is rotated inside depending on the level of care needed.
