KYOBASHI 2-CHOME WEST DISTRICT REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT KYOBASHI EDOGRAND

摘要

Kyobashi Edogrand is an office, commercial, and cultural complex where contemporary and historic architecture harmoniously co-exist in the center of Tokyo city. The mixed-use complex consists of one new large high-rise tower and a smaller, renovated historic building both of which are located on a re-developed site. The office part of the tower was elevated 30meters above ground level. This created a large, open space below the tower accessible to the public with a walkway that cuts through the site to allow for adequate pedestrian flow day and night.
