PROFILE: OLAVER ARCHITECTURE

It is a sunny June afternoon in Collingwood and I am sitting outside Shop Ramen waiting for Emlyn Olaver (EO) of Olaver Architecture (OA). Shop Ramen is known as an institution in Melbourne; it is consistently busy, known to deliver a good ramen and the staff are typical of what you find in this city; friendly, down to earth and always up for a laugh. This is one of Emlyn's first completed projects, and he is still a regular here.
