摘要

A low voltage design of an active circuit for realizing a floating inductance, capacitance, frequency dependent negative resistance (FDNR) and admittance converter, depending on the selection of passive circuit elements, is described. The circuit employs only two differential voltage second-generation current conveyors (DVCCIIs) at low voltage levels (±0.75 V) and does not require passive element matching. The circuit has a grounded capacitor for simulating the floating inductance. The frequency performance of the circuit is tested using PSpice simulations. The application of the circuit for realizing a band pass and notch filter configuration is also described.
