摘要

Pronounced inhomogeneity in resistance was detected in Pr_(0.55)(Ca_(1-y)Sr_y)_(0.45)MnO_3 thin films by adopting a small contact probe. A large-scale phase separation has been demonstrated consisting of insulating and metallic domains, which can be manipulated by applying large voltage. The extent of the phase separation critically depends on the composition, temperature, and thermal history.
