Comment on 'Fundamental limits of energy dissipation in charge-basedcomputing' [Appl. Phys. Lett. 97, 103502 (2010)]

In the letter by Boechler et al., the authors make certain claims about our work, ' that are inaccurate. They also report experimental results, which we believe have a major deficiency. We thus feel compelled to take issues both with their claims about our work and with the conclusions reached from their experiment.
