Background In early-stage endometrial cancer, intraoperative examination of sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs) can predict nodal involvement and avoid a second surgical procedure. Our goal was to determine the diagnostic accuracy (DA) of intraoperative examination in diagnosing metastatic pelvic SLNs.
