The current trend of pesticide immunoassay is developing multi-analyte immunoassays, that is, more than one target can be detected per test. In this mini-review, the strategies to achieve multi-analyte immunoassays, which include multi-antibody strategy, broad-specificity antibody strategy, and others, are briefly introduced. In addition, the recent developments of multi-analyte immunoassays for pesticides were summarized.
