Section Launches Web-Based Training Program, Poster Awards

Web-based distance training has become a standard training tool for the Biopharmaceutical Section. Rolled out 18 months ago and supported by the ASA Center for Statistics Education, die program was launched as a service to the section's membership to provide an alternative to live training courses. As travel and hotel rooms become more expensive, web-based communication channels have emerged as a low-cost way to deliver training.
