Business Meeting Covers Much at JSM

The section held its annual business committee meeting at JSM 2010 in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Complete minutes of the meeting can be found at www.bio.ri.ccf.org/Biometrics. Section chair, Barry Graubard, called the meeting to order, welcomed members and guests, and introduced members of the executive committee. The minutes of last year's meeting were distributed and accepted. Graubard introduced James Cochran of Louisiana Tech University, who gave a lively presentation about international work being done by Statistics without Borders.
