Stats for Scientists Proposal Draws ASA's Attention

A new proposal to establish a statistics curriculum within the chemistry departments of U.S.-based colleges and universities to address the specific needs of chemistry majors has drawn the attention of the American Statistical Association. The proposal was first published in the January issue of the Journal of Chemical Education and then reported in summary by Science magazine in the Editor's Choice section of its February 8 issue.
