2008 Water Quality Technology Conference~r And Exposition

Wherever you turn, drinking water quality is a pivotal issue. Advances in contamination detection, media and public scrutiny, and increased security concerns have created new challenges that water profession- als must face head-on. The 2008 AWWA Water Quality Technology Conference~R and Exposition (WQTC), held this year at the Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, will help provide solutions to these and other pressing issues. Water quality professionals from around the world will learn about the latest research, regulations, and technological advances for keeping drinking water safe. Attendees will gain knowledge from experts in the field through workshops; oral, poster, and technical sessions; and technical facility tours. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with their peers, learn firsthand about the latest water-related technologies, and meet face-to-face with manufacturers, suppliers, and consultants.
