MTNOT, N.D.-Creedence Energy Services, a portfolio company of Tower Arch Capital, announces it has recapitalized Magna Energy Services LLC in partnership with the company's chief executive officer, Adam Kelly. Formed in 2006 and headquartered near Farmington, N.M., Magna provides production chemicals to the San Juan and Permian basins. Creedence says Magna will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Creedence, with Kelly continuing as an operator and significant investor.
