We all strive to care for customers' wardrobes properly every chance we get. If we don't return a perfectly processed item on occasion, we have failed. That's okay—we're human, and we make mistakes. But this incident can turn into a disaster if we fail to acknowledge a mistake and make no attempt to correct it. This lack of business sense can result in the loss of a customer; word can spread and eventually affect the image and profitability of the company. Every item passing through your plant should be done perfectly—a stain not removed from a customer's suit may mean he or she will be your competitor's next new customer.
