摘要

The late Rodney Dangerfield isn't the only old guy who didn't "get no respect." Most old folks are shuffled off to retirement homes, dropped of at senior centers or left to vegetate in their homes. "Old folks are nice," goes the thinking, "just don't let them participate in the workplace." One occasionally sees an old geezer bagging groceries in the supermarket, but that's because he doesn't have to talk. Truth be told, millions of old folks are bored out of their minds and would love the chance to get out and do something useful while earning some extra cash. There are, in fact, over 65 million retirement-age citizens hanging around nationwide.
