NCA's Brainstorming heads to Jamaica

The National Cleaners Association (NCA) is hosting its annual Brain-storming with The Best conference at the Ritz Carlton's Rose Hall in Mon-tego Bay, Jamaica, Jan. 14-17,2010.rnThe Brainstorming experience begins on Thursday, Jan. 14, with a welcome reception and cocktail party featuring complimentary drinks and food. The presentation will tell how to avoid the slights and displays of apathy employees and businesses sometimes make, NCA says, that can lead customers to believe that they don't really want their business.
