Tyler Gary first started decorating cakes four years ago, when he was 13 years old. From his very first experience with frosting he was hooked, eager to learn more. "I did try out of a lot of techniques on my own," said Tyler, "but I soon realized that to really understand how to work with icing, gumpaste, fondant and more, I needed to have some hands-on instruction."
