1. Make sure your cake is well chilled and stable. 2. Use a Dresden tool to make your outline. 3. Use a small piece of fondant to make some details for the future decorations as shown. 4. Cover your cake with the fondant and use a ball tool to make some veins and arteries. 5. Use a Dresden tool to make a layout on the fondant. 6. Using a scalpel, remove some fondant from the other side of the cake. You can make any shape you like.
